You can prepare your guest list through these mediums very easily

गूगल कॉन्टेक्ट्स: यदि आपके कॉन्टेक्ट्स गूगल से लिंक है तो आप इसकी मदद से अपनी अतिथि सूची बना सकते हैं, इसके विपरीत जब आप मुद्रित कार्ड निमंत्रण भेजते है तो पहले सभी अतिथिओं का नाम, मोबाइल नंबर और एड्रेस के लिए न जाने कितने दिन लग जाते है, जबकि क्लीकइनवाइट से ये सब बढ़ी ही सरलता व आसानी से हो जाता है |

एक्सेल सीएसवी फाइल: सीएसवी फाइल से सूची अपलोड करने के लिए आप जब सीएसवी पर क्लीक करते है तो एक नमूना फाइल डाउनलोड का विकल्प आता है जिसे आप डाउनलोड कर सकते है, फिर उसमें दी गई जानकारी अनुसार अपनी अतिथि सूचि तैयार करते हैं |

मैनुअली:मैनुअली रूप से कॉन्टैक्ट ऐड करने के लिए सबसे पहले अपने अतिथि का नाम, निमंत्रण पर दिखाई देने के लिए नाम, मोबाइल नंबर और इसके बाद ईमेल पता अंकित करना होता है |(यदि आपने निमंत्रण पर दिखाई देने के लिए नाम की जगह को खाली रखा है तो निमंत्रण पर पहला लिखा हुआ नाम ही दिखाई देता है) अतिथि सूचि तैयार होने पर आप अपने अतिथियों के लिए विभिन्न समूह बना कर उनको अलग-अलग समूहों के साथ जोड़ सकते हैं, यँहा आपको किस समूह को कौनसा कार्यक्रम दिखना है ये निश्चित कर सकते हैं और यदि आपको किसी अतिथि का समूह बदलना है तो वह भी संभव है | यदि आपको लगता है कि किसी को आपने गलती से अपनी अतिथि सूचि में जोड़ दिया है तो उसको निमंत्रण भेजने से पूर्व हटा सकते हैं अन्यथा बाद में आप अपनी सूचि से हटा नहीं पायेंगें | निमंत्रण भेजने से पूर्व आपको अपने अतिथि को किस-किस कार्यक्रम में बुलाना है निश्चित कर सकते है जिससे कि वे सिर्फ वही कार्यक्रम देख सके जिसके लिए आपने उन्हें सुनिश्चित किया है |
