If the service does not live up to your expectations, you can simply ask our customer care team to process the refund anytime within 30 days of purchase and at least 4 days ahead of your event date. Unfortunately, no refunds will be possible after that. Note: Amount of tax and payment gateway charges incurred as actual will be deducted at the time of refund.
