  3. For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period after the initial 7-day window. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

  1. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not provided once the templates or invitations have been accessed, customized, or downloaded.
  2. However, if you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the platform as intended, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  3. If you believe the service you received does not match the description or your expectations, please report it to our support team within 7 days of purchase. After reviewing your case, we will determine if a refund is applicable.

Exceptions

  1. No refunds will be provided for custom design services or personalized templates once work has commenced.
  2. Refunds will not be offered for subscription renewals unless canceled before the renewal date.

Processing Time

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
